This weekend, Nevada Democrats hosted successful distribution center launches across the state, with volunteers stopping by to pick up campaign supplies and participating in contactless literature drops in their neighborhoods. The Nevada Victory team was joined by NV Dems Chair William McCurdy II, Assemblyman Edgar Flores, Assemblywomen Daniele Monroe-Moreno and Dina Neal, candidate for Congressional District 2 Patricia Ackerman, and candidate for Senate District 15 Wendy Jauregui-Jackins in opening centers in East Las Vegas, the Historic Westside of Las Vegas, and in Reno. Volunteers also participated in a day of action by donating food and supplies for those impacted by coronavirus, which were donated to community pantries in Reno and Las Vegas.
“There are just 42 days left in this election cycle and Nevada Democrats are working every day to help our communities through this pandemic and to elect real leaders up and down the ballot,” said NV Dems Chair William McCurdy II. “It will take all of us working together in order to recover, but most importantly, we need a leader in the White House who will prioritize every hardworking family during this health and economic crisis. We have the energy and the support to end this chaotic presidency and from now until November, we will work to carry Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Democrats up and down the ticket to victory in Nevada.”
