One year ago in Reno, Sen. Dean Heller was asked a simple question:
Did President Trump wait too long to condemn white supremacists and their violent actions in Charlottesville?
Heller’s response? “I don’t want to answer that question.” (Sound familiar?)

Whether it’s the Mueller investigation, Russia’s election meddling, or Trump’s lawsuit attacking pre-existing conditions protections, Heller now consistently refuses to say a negative word about Trump—a far cry from Heller’s stance just two years ago.
