It has an “Elected officials” page and a “Candidates page”. If you look at the “candidates page” you will see that over 40 democrat candidates are missing from the “Candidates page”. The only candidates that are listed are incumbents and some hand picked kiss ass candidates picked from the corrupt democrats of the party. What a scam for all of the poor democrats that do not know better! Since his wife is one of the candidates, it seems unfair for him to be where delegates will be voting. I cannot afford $50 to go to the convention. I thought the delegates we elected at the caucus would be voting for our candidates, and now I'm not sure they have to. Democrats threw away election after election following the same sad advice offered by the last Democratic president who is the only one who dropped trow and got away with it. Again, no disrespect; but if Democrats had asked him to resign, we would have been in control of everything for the past decade. It was also Clinton who told Al Gore, "He had a job." It was Clinton who took over Kerry's campaign in 2004. Kerry was actually ahead and our loyalty to the Clinton team "Swiftboated" Kerry. With the Obama victory that is almost "inevitable", I'm excited about the possibilities. My fellow Democrats, we have been our worst enemy since impeachment. We didn't stand for anything and we fell for whatever Team Clinton told us to do. I'm excited because the Democratic Party looks like it is no longer a party of one, but can we win? With 3000 delegates registering the night before Hunt set up a little over 2300 chairs. Just what does an insider have to do to lose his juice (job)? Looks like they have their Super Delegates waiting in reserve and now they intend to choose the State delegates. I think it was a total debacle. If a candidate wins the state that should be the final voice. But apparently it is NOT. Since when does the loser of the state get more so called delegates than the winner? and then during the county and state conventions does the delegates change in the middle of the stream. Obviously when the original caucus was held the voting system did not even count. I should not even bothered to go to the caucus because my vote did not even count. If having a caucus is only to hand out delegates then I would rather have a primary and winner take all. I am not whining because Obama is now ahead in the delegate count but the fact that by having county and state conventions the delegate count changes. I was lead to believe that during the caucus that is when the delegates for Hillary and Obama were selected (volunteered) to go to the county convention. Then during the county convention the delegates for the county would go to the state to represent the counties wishes. NOT to 'vote' for whom they chose. Also what is this deal about Superdelegates? Still should come down to what the state voted. It seems that having Superdelegates that can sway the vote to whom they want is ludacris. I also think that the Dems not allowing Florida to have delegates it stupid too. Just because Florida voted early and did not have the permission from the National Democratic Party? Jeez how juvenile! It's obvious that if they do that to Florida and (Michigan I think.) Maybe it is time to eliminate all parties like Democrats and Republicans. Eliminate party agendas. I also believe that the whole presidential voting system needs to be changed. Each party has different rules and each state has different rules. I will NOT vote Democratic nor Republican. The wrong address was given to the newspapers, which obviously had an effect on participation. At the meeting we were divided into 8 groups. The Democratic leader had chosen Chairpersons and Sub-Chairpersons for some of the groups and this is an insult to my intelligence and strikes of anti-democratic behavior. So some 20 Democrats only attended ladies and gentleman the first meeting at Whitney Mesa road and half were insiders. If a group of people were paid to participate in a public process and told what to think and what to say is this Democracy? Obviously, it is not because the group leaders and the largest groups will determine the outcome. They determine who and what is "Viable." Isn't this the so called "Democratic Process" Nevada just used to select a President? What's so Democratic about it? The process is open to all who can find the time to attend. The process allows the healthy exchange of an idea. There are no victims and no crimes in the process. What's wrong with a Caucus if you are in the group or the leader? Democracy should be one person, one vote, in open forums, but in private. Viability isn't Democracy in Action! It's do as I say or else. What's fair or encouraging about that? Sure we have an Army of supporters ready and willing to oust the Republicans, but why? They have violated the Constitution and plunged us into an endless war. If we destroy the values of and powers in a strong Democracy, are we any better? Are we fit to lead? The Caucus was not a Democratic process that anyone should be proud of. We can do better and that's why so many people are picking up pitchforks. Don't let our apathy let the Army turn against us. The independents are growing in numbers for a reason.
