Oceguera Calls On Gibbons to Lift Gag Order On State Agencies

Assembly Majority Leader John Oceguera today sent a letter to Gov. Jim Gibbons urging him to rescind his order that state agency heads should not respond to requests from legislators without the governor's personal approval.
