A new American Research Group poll released today shows that
Bush’s approval rating is currently sitting at 31%, with 64% disapproving of his
performance.
In addition, only 32% approve of the way Bush is handling
the economy; 62% disapprove.

A few months ago, the Nevada State Democratic Party decided to sponsor a soccer team in a local Las Vegas league. The purpose was to provide the party an opportunity to reach people who otherwise might not be involved in the political process, to educate people about the political process, and to mobilize people to participate in the upcoming Democratic Presidential Caucuses.

A recent USA Today/Gallup poll reports that President Bush has surpassed former President Richard Nixon's record disapproval rating. According to the poll a full 50% of the 1,024 adults polled in the survey stated that they "Strongly Disapproved" of President Bush. That's 2% higher than the previous record high, 48%, held by former President Richard Nixon during the height of the Watergate Scandal.
