 Reid and Buckley Announce 800-Number For Mortgage Help
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Speaker of the Assembly Barbara
Buckley have produced a public service announcement (PSA) to help
inform Nevadans on where they can go to get help if they are worried
about their mortgage.
On December 4th, Speaker Buckley and Assemblyman Marcus Conklin, who
chairs the legislative committee currently dealing with the foreclosure
crisis in Nevada, held a press conference at Consumer Credit
Counseling, a local non-profit organization that seeks to help families
achieve financial stability.
There they revealed the PSA featuring Senator Reid and Speaker Buckley
and also gave out details of a new 800-number that has been created to
help Nevadans get information from trusted experts on what they can do
to save their homes.
The number is 1-800-451-4505 and will put you in contact with the
experts at Consumer Credit Counseling, who will be able to answer any
of your questions and/or concerns.
