November 2, 2007 - The Nevada State Democratic Party sponsored a float for the Nevada Day parade that was held over Nevada Day weekend.  On the side of the float was the title 'Working Together for Nevada's Future,' which highlights Nevada Democrats' ongoing efforts to help "Turn Nevada Blue" in 2008.  In addition, the float represented all 17 counties and was part of the Democratic Party's continuing efforts in community relations.

Jill Derby, Chair of the Nevada State Democratic Party, greeted spectators along the parade route and met with local Democrats in Carson City.
