Democrats Aid Homeless Vets on Veterans Day |

 Democrats help feed homeless vets, commit to improving quality of life for veterans
Members of the Nevada Democratic Veterans and Military Families Caucus, Democratic elected officials, and volunteers helped feed homeless veterans currently in the USVETS program on Veterans Day. The turnout was amazing for this wonderful event to help our veterans.
Hot dogs, hamburgers, and baked beans were served to everybody while they watched the Sunday football game.
After everyone had eaten, various Democratic elected officials including: Assembly Speaker Barbara Buckley, Assemblymen Joe Hogan, David Parks, Mark Manendo, James Ohrenschall, and Clark County Democratic Party Chairman John Hunt spoke to the assembled to speak on veterans issues and how Democrats are committed to helping our veterans receive the treatment and care they deserve.
